Blissful Moment Events loves to take on small intimate events and celebrations of all sorts! We were able to plan, style, and create an incredible birthday picnic that took place locally at the beautiful Riverbend Park in Palisade Colorado.
Before this brunch took place, the BME Team was able to plan and fully design this beautiful gathering. We created a mood board, decided a color scheme and overall vibe of how this event would turn out. Our two birthday girls wanted us to run wild with the idea of the brunch being fun and girly!
After creating a vision for this, we collected beautiful rentals from Stonewood Vintage, located in Grand Junction, Colorado. These rentals included the dainty glassware, juice crafts plates, farmhouse table, candle holders, and pillows! The BME team was able to collect beautiful florals and design the arrangements themselves. Three floral arrangements were created, along with fresh citrus to lighten the tablescape and add a pop of color and texture. The brunch boards were put together by the BME team and they consisted of small pastries and fresh fruit. Whisky Gypsy Co. provided the team with incredible handmade cookies. LaAromaCandleCo was able to provide all of the unique and bright candles that were displayed. Some of the smaller details in the picnic that truly stood out were the live carnation ice cubes and the small name tags that were both handcrafted by the BME team as well.
The birthday girls wanted to have mimosas and crafts, so that's what we presented them with! The BME team created a bar cart with mimosa supplies with multiple juice options, fresh fruit, and sparkling lemonade to go along with the mimosas. For crafts, the girls were able to hand make and design their own take on cowgirl hats for their upcoming country festival. This means that the team set out a variety of beads, charms, and fabric for them to have craft hats for Country Jam! We absolutely loved putting together this small event and cannot wait to make more of these happen in the future!
